Sandy Price

School Principal

Sandy Price began her teaching ministry at Trinity in 1989 and has served as the school principal since 2000. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Indiana University in Elementary Education, and completed the graduate program in Educational Leadership. She also completed the Lutheran teacher colloquy program through Concordia University Chicago and is rostered as a commissioned minister of the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod. Sandy’s joys are teaching and learning, working with students and colleagues, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Sue Emmack

Director of Adult Discipleship

Sue came to Trinity as a parishioner in 1997 with her husband, Greg, and their two children. She began her ministry at Trinity in 2000 and serves as the Director of Adult Discipleship, which includes church membership, outreach, Bible studies, small groups, events, and care ministries. Sue loves to meet new people and hear their stories. A perfect day would be spending time with her family, which would include great food, music, a lot of laughter, and some sort of outdoor activity...as long as there is no danger involved!

Faith Brummet

Parish Ministries Coordinator

Faith has been in ministry for 23 years. She currently coordinates volunteers for worship, events and programs.  She oversees major parish events such as parent/child events, Oktoberfest, and Crusader Bazaar.   She is married to Larry and is blessed with 2 children.  One of her loves is to be out in nature and bird watching. Most of all, she loves spending time with family doing just about anything.

Trevor Gibney

Director of Worship

Truly homegrown, Trevor grew up at Trinity, having been baptized, confirmed and educated all within Trinity Lutheran Church and School.  After studying both music and theology in college, Trevor began full time at Trinity in 2008 and now serves as Director of Worship - overseeing the many facets of the worship life as well as being heavily involved in every aspect of Trinity’s diverse music ministry.  Besides Trevor’s passion for listening to, playing and writing music he also enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and dog, Buckley.

Shelley Schneider

Business Manager

Shelley has been full time with Trinity since October of 1998.  Starting as the administrative assistant to the principal, Sandy Price and then moving to Business Manager for the parish and school in June of 2006.  She is married to Herb Schneider and together they have one daughter, Ericka.  Shelley enjoys spending time with family and friends, fitness, reading, gardening, cooking and spending time on the sand along the shore of Lake Michigan!

Stephanie Stanley

Parish Nurse

Stephanie has been a member of Trinity since the mid 1990's. She graduated from Goshen College School of Nursing and has worked in various medical settings since 1986. She presently serves Trinity as her parish nurse. Her work includes teaching, visitation and working with volunteers to the Homebound & Eldercare Ministry. She resides in Elkhart with her husband Ted. She has four sons and three daughters-in-law who have blessed she and Ted with seven grandchildren. In spare time, she enjoys reading, knitting, and being in or around water be it pool, lake, river or ocean. She and Ted also enjoy travelling especially to Maryland or Texas to visit family.

Rev. Ted "Fr. Ted" Stanley

Pastoral Visitation

Ted was ordained a Roman Catholic priest in 1963.  In 1977 he resigned as an active pirest to marry Marilyn, his first wife, who passed in 1993.  He has since married Stephanie, our Parish Nurse, at our church in 1997 and has been attending Trinity ever since.  Together they have four sons (step sons for Ted) and seven grandchildren.  He has been active in our community, spending the last 5 of his 17 year carreer with Church World Service at the CWS/CROP Office on Phillips St.  He has served at Church Community Services on Oakland Ave since 2007.  He is now a part of the newly established Food Bank Chaplaincy Ministry representing our congregation in this ecumenical group.  He is also a volunteer for the Center for Hospice Care in Elkhart.  He was added to our Parish Staff in August, 2013.  He enjoys gardening and their home on their river and being with the three dachshunds that own both him and Stephanie.
